The Role

Curious about working on real-world problems with earbuds and wearable tech? We’re looking for a Software Developer with an interest in audio technology to join our team.


Do you enjoy a versatile role where you get to work across different areas, from simulation and data to audio and human anatomy? You’ll be part of a small, friendly and agile team, contributing directly to projects that shape products used by millions of people worldwide.

Whether you’re a recent graduate or already have some experience, we’d love to hear from you. We especially value people who are curious, hands-on, and excited to learn by doing.


What You’ll Do

  • Develop and automate FEM simulation environments and workflows primarily by using Python coding (prior experience with FEM is not required).

  • Create 3D visualizations of audio devices and human anatomy

  • Clean, analyze, and interpret data, and build data-driven tools

  • Develop and apply machine learning algorithms

  • Contribute to international customer projects in consumer audio development

  • Work as part of a small, fun, agile team


What We’re Looking For

  • Strong Python skills (MATLAB and/or R are a plus)

  • Good data analysis skills (data cleaning, statistical analysis, visualization)

  • Experience with machine learning

  • Interest in 3D graphics and visualization

  • Solid understanding of software engineering best practices (Git, testing, code quality, maintainability)

  • Enthusiasm for audio devices, ergonomics, and user testing

  • Team player with good communication skills in English

  • Relevant academic background (M.Sc. in Engineering or similar preferred)

  • A nice bonus is an interest in earbuds, hearing aids, headphones and/or wearable devices
